Frequently Asked Questions

What about vegans?

We can tailor the menu according to the dietary peculiarities of the customer. We just need a two days early notice.

Is there a dress-code

Dinner in the sky is a breathtaking life experience. Your clothing at that time should be the least you worry about. As a result, you should get dressed comfortably and warm during cold & breezy nights (there is heating, of course), while you could think of avoiding skirts during the summer.

What about the weather?

The table is covered with a clear plastic roof that protects you from the rain, while it lets you in sight of the wonderful Athenian sky. Heaters will keep you warm. However, Dinner in the Sky offers such a tremendous view, that the weather will be the last thing you will worry about during your flight.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted during your ‘flight’. Security reasons prohibit smoking on Dinner in the Sky everywhere in the world. But you can smoke in the lounge area before & after your dinner.

What is the maximum height?

The platform is elevated up to 50 meters. The selected height depends mostly on weather conditions.

Is it safe?

Dinner in the Sky is designed and constructed according to European model EN 13814 that refers to the construction and operation of amusement parks. All drawings, calculations and simulations are tested by TÜV Rheinland. Both platform and suspension mechanism have been certified by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD).

Can I use the toilet?

Of course! Just ask the crew. It takes less than a minute.

Can I bring my children?

Dinner in the Sky is not age related but height related: we need to be able to secure you safely in your seat. So, minimum height is 120 cm.
