Spinach Pie Tart

A contemporary interpretation of the traditional spanakopita, in a crisp tart filled with spinach, dill, spring onion and myronia. Enriched with feta and a smooth PDO Epirus feta mousse, completed with aromatic dill oil.

Beef Fillet

Tender young beef fillet, cooked to precision, served over a velvety potato and smoked eggplant purée. Accompanied by a parmesan biscuit, roasted carrots and fine chili threads. A rich thyme-infused beef gravy enhances the depth of flavor.

Smoked Salmon Gravlax – Tartare

Aromatic gravlax salmon presented as a refined tartare with fresh and pickled cucumber, Florina pepper and chives. Served with quail egg, caper bud, dill yogurt cream and a citrus–honey dressing. Finished with osmosed red onion, wasabi sesame and an edible flower.

Yogurt & White Chocolate Cream with Chios Mastiha

Airy yogurt cream combined with white chocolate infused with Chios mastiha. Paired with red fruit crumble and amarena sauce, and finished with traditional honey-sesame pasteli, offering a balanced play of textures and aromas.

A deliciously layered Mediterranean classic with roasted eggplant, zucchini, and potatoes, filled with savory soy mince. Topped with a velvety almond milk white sauce and a creamy feta mousse, this plant-based twist on a timeless dish is both rich and indulgent.

What can I take up with me ?
We encourage guests to bring a camera or phone to take pictures of your experience whilst in the sky. No bags or other items will be allowed on the table but can be left securely in the reception cloakroom.

What time should I arrive for my dinner?
You should arrive at least 30 minutes earlier and enjoy a welcome drink with canapes at the Dinner in the Sky lounge area.

Is it safe?
Dinner in the Sky, currently operating in more than 50 countries around the world, is designed and constructed according to European model EN 13814 that refers to the construction and operation of amusement parks. The steel carrying structure of Dinner in the Sky fulfils the requirements of the Standard 4112 edition from 1983 as confirmed byTÜV Rheinland. Both platform and suspension mechanism have been certified by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD).

Dietary Preferences
We can adjust the menu to meet your dietary preferences i.e. vegetarian, no seafood, allergies. Please enter your preferences during the reservation process or simply send us an email at [email protected]

Can I use the restroom?

We ask all guests to visit the restroom before we start the dinner. In case of an emergency it is possible to bring the table back down but kindly note that depending on the moment this will take place we might need to go back up and leave the guest in the ground.

Can I bring my children?
Dinner in the Sky is not age related but height related as we need to be able to secure you safely in your seat. So, minimum height is 120 cm.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 1 day prior to the event date and receive 100% refund. In case of cancellation due to bad weather or any other reason that calls for cancellation guest is entitled to choose alternative date or full refund.

Access Directions
Dinner in the Sky is located within Technopolis at Gazi district. Access is possible trough the gate located on Iakchou street. In case you wish to use the Metro the closest station is Kerameikos (blue line). Please be at the venue 30 min prior to the starting time. In case of emergency please contact us at 0030 6945 396509

What if I am afraid of heights?

Dinner in the Sky is a once in a life time experience. As a guest wrote in his review “if you are afraid of heights just get over it and go, you won’t regret it”

Is there a dresscode?
Dress code is smart casual. During cold and breezy nights, you may bring a light jacket as well.
